By using SnapCompose, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

SnapCompose is a browser-based collage editor. Image editing happens on your device and no account is required. We may add paid features in the future. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you edit with SnapCompose. We claim no license to your images and take no responsibility for their content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or the infrastructure it runs on;
• use the feedback form to send spam, malicious links, or unlawful content;
• use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may block traffic or reject submissions to protect the service.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

SnapCompose is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved drafts will persist, since browser storage can be cleared by you or your browser. Keep exported copies of anything important.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or drafts.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
